    (projet) :

    Creation of a “FARM TO TABLE” short supply chain.

    The promise: bringing friends, family or colleagues together in a magical setting 1h15 from Paris, for a unique nature-and-culinary experience.

    The project: refurbishment of 7,000 m² of greenhouses, 130 km south of Paris, including the creation of 50 beds in self-catering accommodation (converted barns, greenhouses transformed into lofts) and the cultivation of 5,000 m² of greenhouses. Guests (B2C at weekends and B2B during the week) grow produce in the morning, harvest at midday and cook for their meals.
