1 to 2 times per quarter, Senek organises the Senek BA Club Pitch Nights
On Monday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, three start-ups pitch to a group of Business Angels made up of business owners and sector leaders.
6:00pm
The Business Angels and start-ups meet for drinks. The pitches then follow: 20 minutes per start-up, plus 40 minutes of Q&A.
9:30pm
The BAs get together for a convivial debrief.
Within 48 hours, the start-ups receive detailed feedback, including the pros and cons and all the investment indications of interest (“comits”).
The start-ups then choose to meet one-to-one with the Business Angels who wish to invest.
Senek supports both the Business Angels and the start-ups through to closing.
This service is free for start-ups.
Senek charges 1% per year of the Business Angel’s investment amount.
Typical ticket sizes range from €15k to €50k. Family offices attending can go up to €250k.
On a given evening, total “comits” across the three start-ups presented can reach up to €750k.

Senek’s investment thesis
Do you want to apply to the Senek Business Angels Club Pitch Nights?
We invest in projects with very strong scalability (business plan > €20m at year N+3), with fast execution (founded within the last 24 months maximum).
All sectors considered, excluding deep tech, biotech and non-ethical businesses.
Key KPIs of the investment thesis
Pre-revenue to €10k MRR / €120k annual revenue: fundraising between €250k and €650k (seed), BA-only round or a small early-stage fund. Valuation capped at €2m.
€10k to €100k MRR / up to €1.2m annual revenue: fundraising up to €1.5m, with a lead fund. Valuation capped at €6m.
