1. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT.
2. In the event of late payment, the client will be liable for the statutory fixed compensation of €45.
3. In the event of late payment, the client will be liable for a variable late-payment penalty equal to three times the annual statutory interest rate per month of delay.
4. Late-payment penalties are cumulative.
5. Payment is to be made by bank transfer to Senek’s bank account.
6. Invoices are payable within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt.
7. Senek & Sokrat will re-invoice all expenses related to an assignment at cost (incl. VAT), without any markup.
8. In the event of cancellation of the assignment after the contract has been signed, the full contract amount will be due, with no additional penalty.
9. In the event that the assignment is not carried out (contracted days not delivered) for reasons attributable to the client, the full contract amount may be claimed by Senek and will be payable without contest.
